Fujian Cuisine Buddha Leaps Over the Wall Launching Meeting of Local Food Safety Standards was held in Fuzhou

On May 13, under the leadership of Fujian Provincial Health Commission, Fujian Food Industry Association, in collaboration with Fujian Haiwenming Marine Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Juchunyuan Group and other enterprises, jointly participated in promoting the formulation of the "Fujian Food Buddha Jumps over the Wall" food safety local standard kick-off meeting in Fuzhou.

The meeting made a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of Fujian cuisine Fotiaoqiang market. Since no standardized local standards for food safety had been formed before, the Fotiaoqiang market was full of chaos, and the "Fotiaoqiang" products with good and bad quality flooded all major sales channels. Malicious low price competition not only harmed consumers' rights and interests, affected the reputation of Fuzhou famous food Fotiaoqiang, but also brought great harm to the entire Fotiaoqiang industry and industrial chain.


In order to let more consumers truly understand that the authentic Fo Tiao Wall originated in Fuzhou, understand the history and culture of the Fo Tiao Wall in Fuzhou, and appreciate the legendary charm of Fujian cuisine over the past century, the meeting officially launched the formulation of the local food safety standards for Fo Tiao Wall in Fujian cuisine, and standardized and formed standards for all aspects such as the production process of the Fo Tiao Wall in Fuzhou and the selection of food materials.
