Hydewin Appeared in the Food & Hotel Exhibition Indonesian (FHI)

The 2023 Food and Hotel Exhibition (FHI) was held in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia from July 25 to 28. With the taste and cultural packaging rich in Chinese local characteristics, We attracted the attention of a large number of local Indonesian consumers and industry insiders, and gained full popularity and appreciation in the exhibition.

Since obtaining HACCP certification in 2019, Hydewin has become the first domestic enterprise to export frozen food such as Fotiaoqiang, abalone, and has successively passed the US Food and Drug Administration registration, the UK BRC management system certification, and the EU IFS management system certification. Hydewin’s products have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and so forth.

This was the first time we participated in the FHI after the epidemic, competed with about 659 participating brands around the world. We shoewd FoTiaoQiang, abalone, abalone sauce, poon choi and dozens of other products to exhibit. In particular, Fotiaoqiang is the top of Fujian cuisine. The thick traditional Chinese flavor has attracted many curious consumers. The professional explanation of the Hydewin team not only makes local Indonesian consumers understand the essence of Fujian cuisine culture, but also makes the innovation and product power of frozen Fotiaoqiang deeply rooted in people's hearts.

This exhibition is not only to show China's traditional flavor products to Indonesian consumers, but also a communication event with global industry colleagues. We believe that we will have more opportunities to spread Chinese food culture to the world in the near future, so that food lovers around the world can taste authentic traditional Fujian cuisine.
